I graduated from San Diego State University in 2005 with a bachelors in Kinesiology/ Athletic Training (AT). My collegiate internship field experience included working with SDSU football, Mesa JC Football, SDSU softball, US Marines Boot Camps, and various High School and Youth Camps. I became Board Certified as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) by the National Athletic Trainer’s Association (NATA) in June of 2005 and shorty after received my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential through the NSCA. In 2009, I also became a Level 1 CrossFit instructor. In conjunction with being an AT for Jesuit, I was also the AT for Sacramento Sirens Professional Women’s Tackle Football in their 2006-2007 season. My passion as an AT is to be able to assess, rehabilitate, and re-condition our injured athletes and get them back out to the sport they love; whether you are the star player or the bench warmer, every athlete deserves the same high quality of care.
